Once upon a time, God created the Garden of Eden--something beautiful out of nothing...

What if someone could follow God's example and help create a beautiful paradise, a safe haven, a wonderous land in the midst of the concrete jungle?  Those who vounteer at Eden Place are doing just that!

Where poverty, gang violence and darkness seem to rule, they have built a nature preserve as a way to reach out and reclaim the area for Jesus.

Our team planted collard greens that will help feed needy families in downtown Chicago.

We also cleared weeds in a butterfly preserve that Eden volunteers use to educate low-income children about the beauty of God's creation.
