We had an amazingly full day yesterday! Happy belated Father’s Day to all the dads! Our mornings start around 5:30 with prompt clean up, getting ready for the day, breakfast, chores and sharing a word from God. 

We did prayer walks in the morning, attended the church service and helped facilitate a barbecue of burgers and hot dogs for the church and all of us for lunch! The afternoon we divided up by teams and helped clean up the local gardens, write letters to elderly residents nearby and give away the rest of the food to those experiencing homelessness through the neighborhood. 

By evening we meal prepped for dinner, enjoyed a delicious chicken dinner and also gave away leftovers to homeless nearby. We ended the day beautifully with worship and gratefulness.
